Is it really only $5 per user per month for all of this?

You only pay us for the setup, then Google will charge you $5 or $10 per user per month depending on which G Suite plan you need. What is G Suite and Google Apps/Docs?

G Suite is what Google is calling it’s business email and business application products. With G Suite (formerly Google Apps for Work), you can have a “yourname@yourdomain.com” email address as well as their entire online app platform, which includes Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and more. How long will it take to upgrade to a business email using G Suite?

What if I want to use another service besides G Suite?

While G Suite is our preference for most small businesses, we understand that not every business wants, needs, or should utilize G Suite and Google Docs. Instead, we can set your business up with Microsoft Office 365, which is very similar to G Suite, albeit more expensive. Contact us if you have another service provider in mind.  

Do I only get one email address?

You pay per user, not per email. A user will be “first.last@yourdomain.com”. However, we can add “Info@yourdomain.com” or “support@”, “warranty@”, etc. All of the emails from those email addresses will show up in the users original email inbox. If you have multiple users in your company, you can have these additional emails show up in all of their inboxes if you wish. It’s a game-changer.

What do I need to give you in order to get started?
To get started, we will need login credentials to your web hosting and domain provider and email account(s). If you don’t already have a domain name (URL), then start thinking of which one you want, as this will be part of your new business email address. As long as we have your login credentials, we can take care of everything for you.
