Configurable Countdown Timer

Presentation Timer

This is your secret weapon for staying on track! Whether you’re presenting to a crowd, practicing a speech, coaching your team, or judging an event, you’ll love how easy it is to set up and use. With built-in color-change cues, you can focus on the presentation, not every second that ticks by.

Presets

Choose one of our pre-set timers or skip this and customize your own.

Time & Interval

Mode: Normal Timer Segmented Timer

Count: Count Down Count Up

Count down for minutes and second(s).

Enter minutes for countdown. Minimum 0. Enter seconds for countdown. 0 to 59.

Warning Signal: Signals it's time to wrap up with a color cue.

Activate with seconds remaining, update timer every second(s).

Warning Color:

Alarm Signal: Signals that time has nearly expired with a color cue.

Activate with seconds remaining, update timer every second(s).

Alarm Color:

Blink on Expiry: Blink screen when time is expired.

Blink every second(s).

Blink color:

Periodic Blink: Blink screen periodically. Blink every:

minutes and second(s) for second(s) duration.

Timed Color Cues & Segments

Make time visible! Add background color shifts and text titles to indicate time changes or transitions with a quick glance. Segments are used to divide the timer into multiple sections.

Auto Transition: Automatically start next segment.

Manual Transition: Pause between segments.

Segment Warnings: Use Warning & Alarm Colors for each segment?

Options

Select additional options to modify timer behavior and functionality.

Segment Counter: Show segment counter (e.g., "Segment 1 / 8") and enable "jump to segment" list.

Next Segment Preview: Display the name and duration of the upcoming segment.

Segment Navigation: Show segment navigation buttons (« Prev / Next »).

Lock Timer: Add button on screen to lock timer, reducing accidental button presses.

Overtime Mode: Continue counting into negative numbers after time expires.

Add/Subtract Buttons 1: Provides add/subtract time buttons with an increment of:

minutes and second(s).

Add/Subtract Buttons 2: Provide additional add/subtract time buttons with an increment of:

minutes and second(s).

Mirror Mode: Flip display horizontally (for teleprompters)

Update Interval: How often the timer visually updates.

Visually update every second(s).

Active Timer Indicator: The pulsing colon provides a subtle cue that the timer is running, even when the numbers aren’t changing.

Display

Adjust how the timer is displayed on your screen (this is easier to do when you start the timer).
